Completing infrastructure for new streets at Ifraz 35, Hay Al-Hakim

The challenge

New streets are routinely handed over with undocumented networks, then dug up repeatedly because nobody knows where the lines were laid. The requirement wasn't only to lay a network, but to hand over a district ready for urban expansion with documentation that lets the client actually manage it afterwards.

The approach

  We executed the sanitation and rainwater drainage networks within a single scope, rather than splitting responsibility across multiple parties.

  We documented the networks with GIS mapping systems handed over with the project — something most local contractors skip.

  Core water and electricity extensions were delivered to make the district ready for habitation and sustainable urban development.

The outcome

The district was handed over in 2024 with cartographically documented networks and full readiness for habitation and expansion.
