Request a quote

Send us the scope and we'll come back with a proposal covering specifications, schedule and price. The more precise the information, the more precise and less hedged the proposal.

And if the project is outside our capacity or schedule, we'll say so within one working day rather than leave you waiting.

We need this to route the request to the responsible engineer and to correspond with you formally.

These fields are what the pricing is built on. The non-mandatory ones reduce the hedge in the price.

We use it to prioritize the request, and to tell you early if we can't meet it.

Attachments (bill of quantities, drawings) are sent by email — WhatsApp links cannot carry files.

The browser cannot attach files to the message automatically. The file names are written into the message body, and you attach the files to the email that opens.

What happens after you send?

  1. Receipt confirmed

The request reaches the technical department the moment you send it, and we confirm receipt on the same channel you sent it from, within working hours.

  2. Technical review within one working day

An engineer specialized in that service line reviews the scope, quantities and reference specification, and identifies what is missing for an unhedged price. If something is missing, we ask for it in one go, not in stages.

  3. A clear decision within one working day

We tell you yes or no. If the scope is outside our delivery capacity, outside our schedule, or requires a record we don't hold, we say so within one working day — we don't leave you waiting until the submission deadline is close.

  4. The technical and commercial proposal

A proposal covering the detailed scope, the specifications applied, the schedule, the price, and explicitly what the offer excludes. Preparation time follows the size of the scope, and we tell you what it is when we accept the request.

  5. Follow-up

One engineer owns the request from receipt to award. Any change to scope or quantities is repriced as a numbered revision, not as a message.

Document confidentiality

The documents you send — the bill of quantities, drawings, specifications, your estimates — are not shared outside the pricing team, and are not used to prepare any other proposal.

Or call directly

If the request is urgent, or the scope needs a conversation before pricing, call the technical department.
