Terms and conditions
This page sets out the legal standing of what this site publishes: what is indicative information, what is an obligation, and when an obligation arises. It takes two minutes to read and prevents a misunderstanding at contract stage.

The standing of this site
The content of this site — service descriptions, scopes of work, project pages, and the figures within them — is informational. It is not a binding offer in the legal sense, and it creates no obligation on the company towards anyone by itself.
Obligation arises from two documents and no others: a quote issued by us bearing an authorised signatory, a date and a validity period; and then a written contract signed by both parties. Absent one of those, what you read here is information, not a promise.
Quotes
Every quote we issue carries its issue date and validity period explicitly. Once the period lapses the quote falls away and does not bind us, and the work must be repriced. Material and transport prices in the Iraqi market cannot support an open-ended quote, and anyone who gives you one without a validity period has either padded the price or intends to renegotiate after award.
A quote is built on the information you gave us. If the scope, quantities, location, schedule or site conditions differ from what your request stated, the work is repriced against what changed — and we show you which item moved and why, not a new number without an explanation.
Acceptance of a quote is not concluded by a WhatsApp message or an email alone. It is completed by a written contract setting out scope, specification, schedule and payment terms.
Specifications and figures are indicative
The quantities, dimensions, durations and specifications given on the service and project pages describe work actually executed or capability actually held. They are not an undertaking of identical performance on your project.
The binding specification on any job is the one recorded in the contract, its drawings and its bills of quantities. Where this site and the contract differ, the contract alone governs.
Project data and photographs relate to the named projects, on their stated dates and at their stated locations, and to nothing else. They are not to be read as a model of what will be delivered on another project.
Accuracy and updates
We take care that what is published here is correct. We do not claim it is free of error or updated in real time — classification data, certifications or working hours may change before the page reflects it.
If your decision — prequalification or award — rests on a specific statement made here, ask us to confirm it in writing. We'll send it, and then the signed document is the reference, not the page.
Intellectual property
The text, images, design and data of this site are owned by Technique Projects Company.
You may quote, print or attach them to a prequalification file, a technical evaluation or an internal memo — that is what the site is for, and we ask no prior permission for it.
You may not republish the content or parts of it on another party's website or marketing material, attribute it to anyone else, or use the company name or logo in a way implying a partnership, accreditation or award that does not exist.
External links
This site links to WhatsApp and to mail and map services we neither own nor control. Following those links puts you under their owners' terms, and we bear no responsibility for their availability, their content or their data practices.
The presence of a link to an external party is not an endorsement or a recommendation of it.
Limits of liability
We bear no responsibility for a decision taken on the basis of these pages alone, without written confirmation from us or a contract. That is not an evasion — it is the difference between an introductory page and a contractual document, and we state it plainly rather than leave it vague.
What we do commit to — scope of work, schedule, specification and warranty period — belongs in the contract. There we carry our responsibility in full, with no reservation on this page or any other.
Governing law
These terms and the use of this site are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq, and the Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Disputes arising from a contract signed between us are governed by that contract's clauses and its dispute resolution provision, and fall outside this page.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page bearing the last-updated date shown above it. No amendment applies to an existing contract, or to a quote still within its validity period.
A question about these terms, or about a quote?
If a clause here bears on a tender you're working on, ask about it directly and we'll answer in writing. And to request a quote, the scope matters more than the question.
